Uber Comfort Electric is expanding to 14 new markets in the United States and Canada, celebrating Earth Month like no other ride-hailing platform.

Uber Comfort Electric will be available in the 14 new markets listed above starting March 30, 2023. Uber offers rides in premium EVs under its Comfort Electric program, including Teslas, Polestar vehicles, and the Mustang Mach-E. To kick off Earth Month, Uber is offering 25% or $10 off on two Comfort Electric trips with the code GOELECTRIC.
The ride-share company also offers Uber Green, a ride-share option for low and zero-emission trips. Uber Green works with hybrid and electric vehicles. Uber also provides Lime e-bikes and e-scooters through its app in more than 55 locations throughout the United States and Canada.
As of Q3 2022, Ubers reported 37,700 ZEV drivers active in the United States, Canada, and Europe. By the third quarter of 2022, over 19 million Uber trips were completed in those three regions with a zero-emission vehicle. Uber committed to becoming a zero-emissions mobility platform in North America and Europe by 2030 and globally by 2040.
