Tesla manufactures the world’s most coveted electric cars and is in heavy competition with internal combustion powered vehicles. Demand for Teslas is growing every day, which means that the company must expand. Europe is one of the fast growing markets for the EV manufacturer. The company announced on September 2 the recruitment for ‘Tesla Advisor’ and ‘Sales & Delivery Manager’ positions in Zagreb, Croatia. In the job description, Tesla wrote that it is preparing for an exciting new entry into Croatia, and it is forming its team in Zagreb.
As of September 4, there is only one active position left on the Tesla website — ‘Tesla Advisor.’
“As we prepare for our exciting new entry in to Croatia, we are looking to recruit a number of Tesla Advisors to join our brand new team in Zagreb!
As a Tesla Advisor it is your responsibility to offer seamless customer service throughout the entire customer journey. You have relentless determination to succeed and you are driven by the mission of Tesla to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You act as a pioneer for Tesla products, sharing your knowledge and building lasting relationships.
You are part of a larger sales team who works closely and flexibly on all tasks. You are expected to cooperate frequently and display a one-team mentality to achieve sales and delivery targets.”
In September 2019, Tesla CEO Elon Musk tweeted that he hopes to finally open stores in Eastern European countries. He was delighted that the company would make Nikola Tesla proud that Tesla cars would appear in his countries of origin.
Now there is first sign of Tesla opening a store in Croatia. Both positions are related to sales and customer support. The presence of a brick and mortar store — combined with representatives from Tesla on-site — could further boost the appeal of the EV maker’s products.
