Elon Musk plans to do a “cross-country drive with Cybertruck later this year” to let people see the electric pickup. Tesla Cybertruck has had only one other official public outing since the unveiling last year.
It has been on display since last week at the Petersen Museum in Los Angeles. However, next week Tesla is taking back the Cybertruck prototype.
CEO Elon Musk now says Tesla plans to take a cross-country trip with the prototype Cybertruck later this year.
Last time Musk spoke of Tesla doing a cross-country trip, it was to show Tesla’s latest self-driving software, but it was delayed several times and Tesla seemed to have given up on the idea.
This time around it, however, it seems as though Musk is preparing the trip to show prospective buyers the Tesla Cybertruck.
